BASIC BREAD RECIPE a la cupboard door
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 Tablespoons oil
3 rounded cups flour
2 small Tablespoons gluten flour
1 small teaspoon of salt
3 small Tablespoons brown sugar
2 small teaspoons yeast for 3 white
2 small teaspoons yeast for 2 cups white 1 cup brown
2 1/2 teaspons yeast for 2 cups brown 1 cup white
3 full teaspoons yeast for 3 brown
