Lower Sugar Mango Jam
6 lbs Mango (8 cups prepared fruit)
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 cups sugar
1 pkg dry pectin or 2 x light certo
Very good
basically 3/4 cups sugar per 1 cup fruit
